An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Lines Admin Assistant to join a dynamic team within a leading financial services company based in Centurion. This role offers the perfect environment for someone with a strong background in short-term insurance to apply their skills and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate commercial business quotations based on adviser input. Ensure accurate client information (company details, registration numbers, contact information). Prepare comprehensive quotation files, including application forms, comparison quotes, and required FAIS documents. Activate accepted quotations with chosen product providers and ensure smooth processing. Organize and send out welcome packs with necessary policy documents to clients. Maintain accurate records in myPractice, including uploading all relevant documents. Handle day-to-day underwriting requests and ensure updates are promptly communicated to advisers and providers. Manage the renewal process, including preparing renewal packs, negotiating terms, and updating policies. Work closely with the commercial underwriting team once the first debit order is confirmed. Ensure all processes are followed correctly and request assistance when necessary.Minimum Requirements:
