Overview: A leading financial services company in Centurion is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Lines Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in the short-term insurance industry, looking to further develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate personal lines quotations based on advice provided by advisers. Provide accurate and timely quotations to advisers, ensuring contact details are correct. Prepare and manage comprehensive quotation files, including comparison quotes, application forms, and FAIS documentation. Activate accepted quotations with the chosen product provider and ensure seamless transition to policy activation. Prepare and send welcome packs to clients, including policy schedules, policy wordings, and relevant documentation. Handle daily underwriting requests from advisers and providers, ensuring all policy adjustments are managed effectively. Request and negotiate renewal terms from providers and prepare renewal packs for advisers, focusing on both personal lines and commercial-linked policies. Manage the renewal process for both standalone personal lines policies and policies linked to commercial lines, ensuring all required documents are prepared and sent to clients. Maintain accurate records and upload all relevant documents into the company's system (myPractice). Collaborate with compliance monitoring teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years experience in the short-term in
