Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects within the division for Digital Orchestrators. We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal relationships and extensive IT and Business skills.
The key performance areas will include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Extensive Business and Analysis experience, Project coordination and Budget management, Experience in Project Management, Must be able to manage a team of Template Developers, Strong knowledge of IT environments, Systems and Methodologies, Extensive training experience.
Position requirements
The position requires a candidate with the following:
At least 10 years in the IT Industry in possibly different roles. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software Development and/or Implementation. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agile software development and/or project management in the IT Industry. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT training. Some form of Degree/Diploma in Information Technology. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word. Experience in using Microsoft Business tools - Microsoft 365, Teams etc. Knowledge and preferably experience with various project planning and tracking tools and project methodologies such as Azure DevOps, Trello, JIRA Proven system and business process enhancement and implementation track record. Report writing and Document Generation and Automation experience will be beneficial.
