Description:
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and direct the national procurement Team Optimize procurement processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Design and execute procurement strategies Align procurement strategies with company goals and objectives Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships Ensure adherence to company standards and compliance Forecast demand and develop procurement plans based on business needs and growth forecasts Track and evaluate procurement performance Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement processes Continuously improve procurement practices to support company goals and drive success
Key Requirements:
A degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management, ideally within the retail, wholesale or electrical industries. A demonstrated track record of managing teams. Negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, and analytical skills
