We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a specialization in bulk materials handling to join our engineering team and contribute to innovative, efficient solutions.- As a
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize mechanical systems for bulk materials handling, including conveyors, hoppers, crushers, feeders, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct detailed mechanical analyses, including stress, thermal, and dynamic load calculations.
- Perform system design reviews, including 3D modeling, prototyping, and testing.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of materials handling systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations in all designs and implementations.
- Provide technical support during the construction, installation, and maintenance phases of bulk material handling systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in existing systems to improve reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.) to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to propose improvements or upgrades.
- Work closely with clients, suppliers, and project teams to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in bulk materials handling, including system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of bulk materials handling equipment (e.g., conveyors, crushers, stackers, and reclaimers).
- Experience with mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to bulk materials handling.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
