Meondo Holdings is currently seeking a well-rounded, experienced, and skilful individual to join our Team as Personal Assistant to the Director.
Main purpose: To provide high level confidential support to the Chief Executive by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively. conference, Strategy days, Staff briefings and others as required
Interested Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications/traits & Competencies:
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum qualification of Matric.
· Must be willing to travel across S.A. and work out of Normal office hours.
Must have own vehicle
· Must have experience dealing with business executives and high-end officials.
· Must have excellent administration skills.
· Must be well spoken and professional at all times.
Experince in admin(3 x Years)
· Must have the ability to actively work in a fast paced, high pressured company, whilst meeting high expectations and demands.
· Must have good telephone and Email etiquette.
· Must be presentable, well-groomed and have a sense of Pride & maturity in their day-to-day duties.
· Must have a minimum of 3 Years of experience in a similar position.
A Degree or tertiary Qualification is an added advantage
Competencies:
· Decision making & communication skills.
· Ability to interact well with a diversified team.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
Any Marketing and P.R skills/experience will be an added advantage.
