Job Summary:

Our client (involved in the textile wholesale and garment manufacturing industry) is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Director (fabric imports) to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will manage the Director’s schedule, oversee correspondence, and ensure seamless coordination. This role offers growth potential, allowing the candidate to take on greater responsibility in overseeing order fulfillment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle and respond to the Director’s emails and correspondence professionally and efficiently.

  • Book and coordinate travel for the Director, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Act as a liaison between the Director and sales, procurement, and logistics teams .

  • Track and follow through on all fabric orders taken by the sales team , ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

  • To grow to ensure all fabric orders taken by sales staff is c orrectly tracked and followed through.
