Description:
My client, a leader in the Pre-fab Industry requires a competent and experienced Rentals Administration Manager to join their team in Kliprivier, Johannesburg.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise the KPAs of subordinates
Ensure that all subordinates have the skills and knowledge to carry out their functions efficiently and effectively.
Ensure positive contributions to departments performance by setting objectives, coaching, counselling, and performance management.
2. Financial and Administration processes
Take ownership of the national Rentals financial reporting systems and tools. Take ownership of the Rentals financial analysis function.
Manage the invoicing and credit note processes.
Ensure that all units are billing as per the relevant lease agreement.
Take ownership of transport administration processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
Manage fleet / asset management and the integrity there off.
Manage and ensure that stock integrity on the ERP system is maintained.
Assist with overdue / legal debtors accounts.
Timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
3. Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Control
Compliance to the company SHEQ code of conduct and standards. Compliance to the company processes, procedures, and quality system (ISO).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Grade 12
Relevant B degree or equivalent
10 years experience in a similar role with knowledge of a similar industry (Pre-fab)
SA Citizens only
Must be Criminal Clear
Must be Credit Clear
Must be Johannesburg based or willing to relocate at own expense.
