Position available for a fast-paced, exceptionally established Medical Business with Sales Growth opportunities.
Job Summary:
- The Account Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling products within the Provincial and Private Sector.
- The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing procedural support, product demonstrations, and training, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell a range of Urology, Pelvic Health & Surgery and Wound Care products into the Provincial and Private Sector.
- Drive Tenders and Buy-Outs within the Provincial Hospitals.
- Laser Procedural Support.
- Identify and develop needs and new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive products.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products for their needs.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required including CRM reports, quarterly feedback and regular academic meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Medical Background.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales preferably with theatre support in surgical supplies, with existing relationships within the hospitals and relationships with Surgeons especially Urologists would be very advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Own Vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if necessary).
- Medical Background.
