MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS3 - 5 Years Relevant Experience CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ Microsoft MCSA/MCSE Additional Networking Certifications would be advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Configuring, Troubleshooting and Maintaining the IT Infrastructure (Servers, Switches, Firewalls etc) Configure, Troubleshoot and Maintain End User Devices (Desktops, Laptops, Mobiles etc) Managing Office 365 Users Keep Infrastructure Documentation up to date (Asset Registers, Network Diagram etc) Ensure Backups are Adequate and Running as per Disaster Recovery Plan Comply with Company Policies and Procedures Good Communication to Stakeholders Ensure Secure Best Practices and Access Control are followed Ensure Tickets are Prioritized/Escalated Efficiently and Closed within Scope Manage 3rd Party Installations Off Season Tasks may vary from above Updates on Project/Task Management Platforms are done End User Cyber Security Awareness Training Procure Stock Needed for Projects and Tasks
