Key Responsibilities:Oversee the implementation and commissioning of large-scale commercial solar plants Design and review single-line diagrams for solar plants Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and ensure compliance with SANS requirements Manage and coordinate multiple teams across branches Communicate effectively with management and customers Provide technical support to the operational team Train and mentor technicians for continuous improvement Behavioural Competencies
