- Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising lodge employees, including housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk staff.
- Operations & Maintenance: Overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and ensuring the lodge is clean and functional.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability.
- Marketing & Sales: Promoting the lodge, managing bookings, and ensuring high occupancy rates.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
