  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee global talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
  • Implement leadership development and training programs for a diverse workforce.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations in various countries.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policies across regions.
  • Lead global HR risk management and compliance audits.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs for a global workforce.
  • Benchmark salary structures and benefits packages against international standards.
  • Ensure fairness and compliance with local and global pay equity regulations.
  • HR Operations & Change Management
  • Standardize HR processes across different countries while accommodating local requirements.
  • Lead HR technology implementation and process automation.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

  • Proven ability to manage HR in a multicultural and multi-country environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global HR role.
