JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves overseeing the in-house design department, organizing collaborations with other brands to promote products, and implementing B2B sales pull strategies in-store.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including catalogues, websites, and electronic communications. Manage the development and execution of fitting projects, brand initiatives, POS materials, signage, packaging, and promotional gifts. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including email deals, new product launches, clearance promotions, and portal updates. Plan and manage events, PR activities, newsletters, and digital marketing efforts such as PPC, SEO, online ads, and social media campaigns. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling content for media articles, online content, magazines, product launch materials, social campaigns, and showroom displays. Organize collaborations with other brands to promote products and enhance brand visibility. Implement and manage B2B sales pull strategies in-store to drive customer engagement and sales. Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal departments, including sales, product development, and customer service. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing efforts. JOB/EDUCATIONAL/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Come from a variety of academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business, and other fields. Bachelor degree. Some companies require their marketing managers to have a masters degree. 7 years of experience.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels. Excellent communication skills. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Budget-management skills and proficiency. Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
