Digital Marketing Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

Marketing Campaigns – Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. Creative Collaboration – Work with our design team to create eye-catching, high-performing content. Performance & Analytics – Track conversion rates, optimize website performance, and analyze customer behavior across all channels. Industry Insights – Stay ahead of global best practices and trends in digital marketing. Channel Strategy – Lead SEO, SEM, Display, Affiliate, CRM, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, working alongside our channel experts. Budget & Performance Management – Manage and report on paid search, display, social, and retargeting with full budget ownership. Cross-Device & Digital Expertise – Understand consumer behavior across desktop and mobile and drive digital media innovation. Customer Acquisition – Optimize and develop new approaches for digital acquisition and conversion, including programmatic, RTB, and marketing automation. Tech & Tracking – Work with the dev team to ensure all paid media activity is tagged, tracked, and measured accurately. Team & Supplier Management – Lead the Marketing Team and manage supplier and cross-departmental relationships effectively.

What You Need to Bring:

Leadership & Strategy – Strong management skills to guide and inspire the marketing team. Digital Mastery – Expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, CRM, Content Marketing, and Paid Media. Analytical Mindset – Highly numerate, data-driven, and commercially astute. Tech & Tools – Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook/Instagram paid media, media buying platforms, and ad servers. Project Management
