We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader in Channel Partnership Strategy and Sales. In this key role, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of channel partners to drive sales growth and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and executing comprehensive channel partnership strategies, developing long-term relationships with key partners, and leveraging these partnerships to penetrate new markets and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a strategic channel partnership plan aligned with company objectives. Identify and recruit financial institutions, technology vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service providers as partners. Develop and nurture long-term relationships, offering tailored training and marketing resources to partners. Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Monitor partner performance, using KPIs and data-driven reviews to ensure target achievements. Adapt strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis, providing feedback for internal product development. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards through periodic audits. Lead and mentor a high-performance team to support channel operations. Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development, preferably within fintech leasing or asset finance. Proven track record of scaling partner networks and building successful strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of leasing and financial solutions, including lease structuring and ROI projections. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
