Key Responsibilities:Broker Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, providing continuous support and addressing inquiries, ensuring brokers can successfully market our policies. Sales Support: Assist brokers in presenting insurance solutions to their clients. Intermediary Role: Providing feedback to, and ongoing communications with the operations team to ensure smooth operations. Team Management: Managing and building an effective team while providing guidance to junior staff. Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in finance, economics, law, or a related field. CFA, CFP, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Industry Expertise: 10+ years in insurance, private banking, wealth management, or investment banking, with a good understanding of international financial markets and investment strategies. Relationship-Driven: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term broker relationships and effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
