Overview
Seeking an experienced, highly motivated, proactive and articulate individual to join a growing team. As intermediary between the broker network and the operations team, the Client Relationship Manager will manage the ongoing interaction with brokers while retaining, renewing and building relationships. The Client Relationship Manager may further be required to support brokers in their interactions with underlying clients or client advisors.
Qualifications & Skills
Industry Expertise: 10+ years in insurance, private banking, wealth management, or investment banking, with a good understanding of international financial markets and investment strategies. Relationship-Driven: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term broker relationships and effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Education: Bachelors degree in finance, economics, law, or a related field. CFA, CFP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.Key Responsibilities
Broker Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, providing continuous support and addressing inquiries, ensuring brokers can successfully market our policies. Sales Support: Assist brokers in presenting insurance solutions to their clients. Intermediary Role: Providing feedback to, and ongoing communications with the operations team to ensure smooth operations.
