Description:

The New Business Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the business by managing, planning, and executing sales and marketing activities aligned with the company's brand strategy and business goals. This role focuses on new business development, fostering relationships with new clients, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Essential:
- Matric
- Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in administration, process/systems management
- Leadership experience with a focus on driving sales teams
- Proficient in CRM Management
- Must have valid driver's license and own transport, will be on the road most of the times, be available to attend meetings when needed at the office.

Desirable:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing
- Experience in personal and human resources management
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development efforts to expand revenue by targeting and cultivating new clients.
- Oversee the development and performance of all New Business Sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base, ensuring alignment with the companys target market strategy.
- Identify profitable sales opportunities, gathering detailed information to close sales efficiently.
- Prepare tailored solutions to meet client needs, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service and smooth processes.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure lead viability and accuracy.
- Close sales professionally and effectively.
- Oversee the handover process to the fitting team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain administrative records for New Business Sales, including order processes and documentation.
- Structure and implement New Business Sales processes and systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Complete tender submissions for new business clients.
- Manage and ensure effective use of the CRM system by the
New Business team.
- Produce regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports.
- Mentor and manage the New Business team to ensure motivation and job satisfaction.

- Communication and relationship building with key internal and external stakeholders
- Performance of the New Business team and adherence to processes
