Description:
Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless systems. Support and maintain systems such as Office 365, VOIP (3XC software), and networking infrastructure. Implement system and equipment upgrades, ensuring optimal performance. Support with general maintenance tasks and lodge operations when IT requirements are low. Ensure excellent customer service and communication with lodge staff and guests. Assist with fieldwork and infrastructure building as required. Desired Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of routers, switches, and networking systems. Competency in Office 365 and wireless infrastructure. Experience with VOIP systems (particularly 3XC Software). General maintenance knowledge and the ability to support lodge operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on, problem-solving approach. Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Grade 12 or equivalent. A+ and N+ certifications. Minimum of 2 years' experience in desktop support and 2 years in hardware support. A valid drivers license.
