Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and marketing campaignsMinimum Requirements
Matric 1-3 years of retail experiencer preferably in the retail liquor industry Previous experience in a supervisory or management role MS Office and PC literate Strong knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and responsible alcohol sales. Understanding of inventory management and stock control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectivelySkills Required
