Excellent communication - fluent in English At least 5 years previous Administration experience Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience and good understanding with the Creditors function Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle pressure well Able to work in an open plan environment with a busy teamKey Responsibilities:
Placing orders & following up on orders placed Stock receipts & invoicing to branches Stock availability requests for the branches, including calculations of selling prices for customers Maintaining a paperless filing system Weekly Intercompany Stock Reports Arranging transport between the branches Customer quotations Booking occasional flights & accommodation Ordering Stationery for the office Sending claims to suppliers and keeping the register updated Customer Payment allocations Creditors & following up on price queries with suppliers Ad hoc requests from Directors
