Description:
Introduction:The Supplier Administrator plays a crucial role in managing relationships with our suppliers. This includes micromanaging suppliers on repairs and service delivery in line with service deliverables noted in the Trade Agreement ensuring a customer centric business. The Supplier Administrator will also be responsible for managing any issues that may arise with suppliers and maintaining a positive working relationship with them.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of supplier service teams, ensuring that both internal customers and external customers are constantly updated with the status of repairs.
- Logging repairs
- Updates
- Follow up of outstanding repairs
- Implement, maintain and control Supplier reports system.
- Daily/weekly and monthly status reports on supplier:
- Volume
- Average turn-around time
- Trends
Qualifications:
- Grade 12, tertiary qualification an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
- Previous experience in supplier management or procurement
- Applicable Business Policies & Supplier Procedures
- Applicable Legislation (e.g. CPA)
- Applicable Operating Platforms (e.g. Dolphin, Repair IT, Active Retail etc).
