The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and possess strong multitasking and organizational skills. A Matric certificate is required, with industry-relevant qualifications being advantageous. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving abilities. REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES:
- Diary & Schedule Management : Organize, manage, and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Correspondence Handling: Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Event Coordination: Organize meetings, events, and engagements, handling logistics and necessary documentation.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required. Maintain organized records and files.
- Personal Errands & Lifestyle Management: Handle personal tasks such as shopping, reservations, household management, and other lifestyle-related duties. Drive the CEO and family members to appointments.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
