- Understanding Of HR Principles : 1 year or less
- Obtained N6 qualification in Human Resources Management - and or University National Diploma in Human Resources Management required to complete on the job training as inservice / Internship.
- Working independently.
- Working on MS office.
- Having interpersonal skills.
