Our client based in Cape Town a supplier of products, components, parts, and equipment to the South African automotive market is looking for a Counter Sales Parts representative to join their company. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric 3-5 years’ experience in the automotive industry and within a similar role. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software. MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED Duties: Greeting customers and taking orders. -Processing payments. Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly. Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales. Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration. Updating the product inventory. Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
