Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all accounting and financial management for South African operations and multiple Southern African trading entities.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and financial reporting, presenting insights to executive management and the board.
- Evaluate financial feasibility for new investments, store expansions, and lease agreements, providing strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and develop finance staff, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Act as the finance representative in risk management, joint venture agreements, and stakeholder engagements.
- CA(SA) qualification with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the retail sector advantageous
