We are seeking a highly motivated Bakery Assistant to join our team. As an assistant , you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.
Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing stock levels and inventory management, and ensuring that all products are displayed to their full potential. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in retail management, with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising. You will also need to be an effective communicator, able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
