Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable female Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You will be responsible for handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance to clients and colleagues, and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prepare invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Provide administrative support to management and team members.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when needed.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a neat and organized workspace.
Requirements
• Matric certificate (a diploma or degree in administration will be an advantage).
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
