Description:
The main function of this position is to manage Reception and administrative duties in the Sales Department. Periodically it is expected of you to assist in the Orders Department should a staff member be on leave or absent.
The salary range for this position monthly is R6000-00
Experience and Qualification
Matric certificate essential Driver’s license essential Strong admin and computer skills (word, excel, outlook) Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask & attention to detail Excellent verbal & written communication skills Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Performance areas:
Answering the switchboard and transferring calls Sending claims to Principles Responsible for pamphlet recordings & sending to Principles Control of staff uniform Making hampers as and when required Drafting letters for free stock and inventory Capturing of Principle scorecards Principle gap reports Attending to visitors and courier companies Point of sale inventoryAdditional duties when assisting in Orders Department if and when required :
Placing and capturing orders for various Principles Follow up on order deliveries Answering of phones and directing to relevant parties Handling of POD’s Follow up on any Sales Rep queries Downloading orders on retail stores order systems Daily trips to the company warehouse General office admin Please consider your application unsuccessful if you have not received a response within two weeks or applying.
