Main Purpose:
To provide System Training and support of Operational teams
Formal Qualifications:
Minimum Grade twelve (12) / Matric with Mathematics Customer liaison/Employee Benefit industry qualifications will be advantageous.Required Experience:
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in the Financial Industry
Experience in the Retirement Fund environment will be advantageous.
Operational Effectiveness:
Training Set up training facilities by booking venues and preparing all other equipments Send the assessments to new employees Provide theory and practical training of the new employees Marking of assessments electronically Update procedure guide if there are any system changes Reporting on the performance of the trained staff to their managers Handle training queries of the trained staff. System support Handle all system queries Carry out Testing Fund Set up Ability to work under pressure Team Player Deadline driven Take Initiatives Responsible and Accountable Resourceful Problem Solver Ability to work with both data and peopleAdditional Info:
