ResponsibilitiesHead Guide:
Lead and conduct high-quality safari game drives, walks, and other outdoor activities. Share in-depth knowledge of local wildlife, flora, and the environment with guests. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all outdoor activities. Oversee guiding team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. Maintain all necessary certifications and keep up-to-date with environmental and conservation standards.
Camp Manager:
Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring that guests receive impeccable service. Coordinate lodge staff, manage guest bookings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborate with the Head Guide on guiding-related services and guest activities. Handle guest complaints, special requests, and ensure the lodge is fully stocked and operational. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety within the lodge. Requirements
Head Guide:
FGASA Level 2 (NQF 4) qualification or higher. Proven experience in guiding in a luxury safari lodge environment. In-depth knowledge of wildlife, conservation, and the ecosystem. Valid first aid certificate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Camp Manager:
Proven experience in lodge management or hospitality operations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. A passion for the hospitality industry and guest service excellence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
