Description:
Duties:In the absence of Front Office manager take charge of the operations of Front office Department.
Ensures guests have a smooth-running stay at the hotel.
Act as the bridge between the front and the back office.
Ensure that all guests experience a fantastic stay.
Ensure company standards for Front Office and guest services are met.
Greet and register guests.
Welcomes guests and fosters customer loyalty through his/her friendly manner.
Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay.
Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution.
Oversee and supervises guests arrivals and departures with the Front office Manager and Duty managers.
Provide high level of customer service and maintain a high profile in the day-to-day front office operations.
Ensure that personalized service is offered to each and every guest.
Requirements:
Matric.
Diploma in Hospitality Management and / or Diploma in Hotel or other related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office Supervisor or Team Leader
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage several budgets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Attention to detail.
Computer knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
Knowledge of Opera Property Management System is required.
