Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant laws. Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to create comprehensive budgets. Prepare financial forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management. Monitor budget performance and control expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. Develop strategies for optimizing working capital and managing cash flow efficiently. Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Ensure the company is compliant with tax laws and regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
