Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Social Media Management:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness. Manage and maintain all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Create engaging content, including posts, images, and promotional material. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Assist in the design and distribution of marketing materials and newsletters. Events & Expo Planning:
Organise and coordinate company events, expos, and trade shows. Handle event logistics, including vendor management, venue booking, and promotional material preparation. Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Track event performance and provide post-event reports. Internal Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer inquiries. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Provide general administrative support to the sales department. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Creative Innovation & Brand Growth
Generate fresh, out-of-the-box marketing ideas to enhance brand awareness. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor strategies. Implement innovative promotional activities to drive engagement and sales.
Key Requirements:
Marketing Diploma (essential). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in social media management and content creation. Strong event planning and coordination skills. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering sector (preferred). Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities. A proactive and creative mindset with attention to detail. Knowledge of CRM and sales support software is a plus.
