Role OverviewThis internship is ideal for a driven, communicative, and organised individual who is eager to begin their career in internal sales and customer service within a technical environment. The intern will support the internal sales and external sales teams by managing quote follow-ups, assisting with customer introductions, and handling key sales support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer introductions and account engagement under the guidance of the internal sales team. Follow up on quotations and liaise with clients to ensure timely feedback. Provide general support to field sales representatives. Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems. Coordinate internal communication between departments related to sales activities. Prepare and send basic customer communications or follow-up emails as needed.Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) a completed tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin, or Engineering is advantageous. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn. Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative. Interest in industrial equipment or technical sales is a plus. Valid driver's license and own vehicleWhats in it for you?
