Role: HR Officer (Generalist)Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
What Youll Be Doing:
Running end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to background checks and onboarding. Coordinating training and skills development initiatives while ensuring compliance. Keeping HR policies and procedures updated and aligned with business needs. Handling labour relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievances (with support from our labour consultant). Managing BBBEE skills development compliance and stakeholder engagement. Preparing and submitting HR reports, including Department of Labour and AgriSETA submissions. What You Need to Have:â??ï¸ A Business Administration or HR Degree with at least 5 years of HR experience in a similar-sized organisation.
â??ï¸ Hands-on experience with BBBEE, EE, and SETA submissions.
â??ï¸ A strong track record in training and skills development.
â??ï¸ Proficiency in Sage VIP payroll (or similar) and Microsoft Office.
â??ï¸ Experience with Syspro ERP would be a plus.
