HR Generalist (People Capability Leader):
The main objective of this role is to be responsible for all Human Resource activities. This is achieved by providing direction and guidance in all HR related matters in line with legislation and best practice whilst delivering Service Excellence and positively promoting the brand. The successful candidate will focus on Managing Talent, Building People Capability, Fostering Engagement and Lead organizational efficiency.
To qualify you must have:
Relevant Tertiary HR qualification 3 – 5 years HR Generalist Experience English Proficiency Valid Driver's Licence Your own reliable transport Computer LiterateThis position requires travelling and a 6-day work week.
