About the Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing sales performance across multiple dealerships , developing data-driven sales strategies, and coaching sales teams to maximize results. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the automotive market .
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and improvement areas.
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
✅ Provide training, coaching, and support to dealership sales teams.
✅ Conduct regular dealership visits to review performance and align sales objectives.
✅ Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to senior management.
✅ Design and manage sales incentive programs to boost performance.
✅ Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences .
Requirements:
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
📌 Experience & Skills:
- 5-8 years in automotive sales management (OEM or dealership experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills .
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance management tools .
