Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to influence decisions and maximize opportunities. Oversee and expedite spare parts manufacturing and refurbishment processes at the Kathu workshop. Ensure quality control and resolve any non-compliance or warranty issues. Monitor and support on-site maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities in the Northern Cape Region. Perform technical evaluations for sales opportunities and support tender meetings. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
BTech: Mechanical Engineering Experience in mineral processing (coal, ferrous & non-ferrous ores, etc.) is advantageous. Proven experience in operations and maintenance. Strong skills in reading technical documents, engineering drawings, and project management.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and project management skills. Results-focused with a proactive and self-driven attitude. Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks.
MAX: R800k per annum. (including benefits)
