Job Description:
Perform feasibility studies on SIB projects in the mining industry. Perform business cases and develop capital votes with implementation plans.
Job Duties:
Manage and oversee all aspects of project studies within the mining industry Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Collaborate with external consultants and contractors as neededRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience in project management within the mining industryRequired Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Candidate must be from Kathu or willing to get own accommodation in Kathu 8 -10 years of experience in project management within the mining industry on study projects Strong understanding of mining operations, processes, and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management tools and software Strong knowledge of mining operations and processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
