Develop and track key financial metrics, including gross margin, operating profit, and cost per hire. Identify new business opportunities to expand revenue streams and improve profitability. Optimize operational expenses while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment consultants, account managers, and operational staff. Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear goals and expectations. Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and productivity. Encourage collaboration and innovation to improve recruitment strategies. Client & Candidate Experience Ensure superior client relationship management and high levels of client satisfaction. Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) for clients and candidates. Implement strategies to enhance candidate sourcing, engagement, and retention. Address client concerns and provide strategic workforce solutions. Technology & Process Optimization Oversee the implementation of recruitment technology, CRM, and ATS systems. Leverage data analytics to track and improve recruitment outcomes. Streamline processes to improve recruiter efficiency and time-to-fill. Stay updated on market trends and implement best practices in recruitment. Business Growth & Market Expansion Develop strategies to expand market share and enter new industry verticals. Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and industry networks. Ensure continuous improvement in service offerings and delivery models. Drive brand positioning and employer branding initiatives.
