Position overview:

Document Controller is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of all required documents for a particular project or entire organization.

Qualifications:

· Degree in business administration or related field

· Shall have relevant accreditation, training and experience to fulfil this role

· Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role

· Proficient typing and editing skills

· Attention to detail

Skills and Experience:

· Familiarity with engineering documents like drawings and specifications

· Very good verbal and written communication skills.

· Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.

· Excellent knowledge of document management software & Microsoft office Tools.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively

· Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

· At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar Built environment.

· Minimum five (5) year’s work experience leading a document control team on large-scale EPC projects.

· Data accuracy

· Data security

Responsibilities:

· Support the Organization in the specific project, as well as the analysis of all involved Entities

· Support and assist in defining the Project Document Management Process and setup the Project Progress.

· Control and monitor Client Approval Process and Document submission to the Client.

· Support in defining, organizing and managing the Final Project documents handover to the Client.

· Transfer, preserve and maintain the document Management Knowledge.

· Ensure Document Management Methodology and Procedures maintenance and compliance, preparing the relevant project procedures

· Support and assist in organizing and controlling Reports.

· Provide Help Desk support on the Document Management Tools in use.

· Organize Document Register and Master Data List activities.

· Ensure training and assistance on Project Document Management topics,

· Support the Project Manager and the senior managements.

· Control and monitor progress calculation, document list status, workflow, internal distribution, transmittals, etc.

· Upload Project Templates and Contractual Documentation into the system.

· Control or assist in workflows management and document distribution

· Control or assist in linking document to activities.

· Control documentation formal correctness
