Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Business Growth
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Sea, Air, and Road Freight. Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new sales prospects. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their freight and logistics needs. Provide tailored solutions to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage contract negotiations, ensuring long-term partnerships with key clients. Operational Collaboration & Sales Performance
Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Stay updated on industry regulations, trade compliance, and global logistics trends.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and business development within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. Proven track record of success in selling Sea, Air, and Road Freight services. Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and supply chain logistics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
