Description:
Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development/sales within logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
Education: Relevant degree/diploma in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Network: Established connections within the logistics industry will be an advantage.
License: Valid drivers license and own transport.
