Key Responsibilities:Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Brand Management: Strengthen the brand presence in the South African market through innovative campaigns and storytelling. Product Marketing: Oversee product positioning, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and customer engagement. Retail & Digital Marketing: Drive in-store marketing, digital campaigns, and e-commerce strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance. Customer Insights & Analytics: Use data and market research to drive decision-making and continuously optimize marketing efforts. Advertising & Media Management: Develop and manage advertising strategies across digital, social, and traditional media platforms. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration. Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Requirements:
5+ years experience in a global FMCG business, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns. Experience in retail, beauty, or cosmetics is a plus. Strong digital marketing and e-commerce experience. A creative, strategic thinker who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. Data-driven decision-maker with a strong commercial mindset. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Passion for building brands that resonate with South African consumers.
