Requirements:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Government Certificate of Competence (GCC ) - Factories Strong continuous improvement and asset management expertise Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and CAPEX planning Proficiency in CMMS systems (Maximo, SAP, or equivalent) Strong leadership & team management skills, with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing machinery maintenance within a high-volume production environmentKey Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Drive plant availability, reliability, and efficiency through strategic maintenance initiatives Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Oversee planned maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment longevity Budget & Cost Optimization: Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality) standards. Maintenance Execution: Lead maintenance teams, contractors, and external suppliers to ensure optimal plant performance. Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing principles and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency Regulatory & Audit Compliance: Ensure GCC regulatory compliance and mitigate risks to maintain zero major or repeat audit findings Asset Management Systems: Utilize CMMS (Maximo, SAP, or similar) to enhance plant performance and reliability.
