Excellent computer proficiency (especially in MS Office Excel / Google Sheets) Google Business Suite Solution design and documentation Specification design (ideally to functional level) Business Process design Business intelligence and analytics Big Data Project management methodologies BPMN 2.0 or UML Knowledge API knowledge
