Data Science Lead Build, Innovate, and Lead!Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning? What Youll Do:
Develop and implement business intelligence models to enhance decision-making
Use Python and machine learning to analyze large datasets and optimize performance
Design and maintain a scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive business success
Define and implement best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance
Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders
What You Need to Succeed:
5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on BI, analytics, or operational decision-making
Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and data visualization experience
Expertise in working with large datasets and databases (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling
Leadership skills or a strong desire to recruit and manage a team
Ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Skills:
Experience with credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
