Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and websites. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Content Creation: Help manage social media accounts, craft blog posts, newsletters, and social media content that engage and inspire. Analytics and Reporting: Assist with tracking and reporting on marketing performance to optimize strategies. Collaboration: Work alongside both internal teams and external agencies to successfully implement marketing initiatives. Event Coordination: Get involved in planning and coordinating promotional events, webinars, and trade shows. Strategy Contribution: Support the creation of innovative marketing strategies and marketing collateral. What Were Looking For: A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once A positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with content management systems like WordPress is a plus Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing tools is an advantage Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus
